Mark Young
Multiple Top Producer Awards, Investor’s Real Estate
Mark Young’s career in real estate began as a loan officer and manager for a mortgage company that funded more than $250 million a year. His passion for helping people was realized when he decided to move from mortgage broker to real estate broker. However, he did not want to be the “typical” real estate agent. Mark set up a 1% listing and rebate model designed to allow both buyers and sellers hire a professional to represent their interests without breaking the bank. Thus, the 1 Percent Guys was born!
Sadly, terminal brain cancer took Mark away from us in 2018. However, his vision and passion live on, thanks to his wife Susan and good friend and colleague, Al Vargas. Both are committed to preserving Mark’s legacy and ensuring the work he began continues to help individuals and families throughout the region realize their dreams!
